Pizza Chef Lee Hunzinger
I always ask anyone who interacts on social or sends me an email who they would want to hear on the show. I want to bring you the best possible how not only about how to market your restaurant better but how to make it more enjoyable too.
My friends over at Descendents Pizza asked me a while back to talk with Lee. To be honest, before that, I hadn’t yet heard the name before. I looked Lee up and came across his Instagram account and knew from that point he would be great to chat wth on the show.
Lee lives pizza and it shows on his account. He has a passion for making the best pizza with the best ingredients and letting his creative side take over with his creations.
He wasn’t always allowed to be as creative as he is now and in this interview we go all the way back to when he first started to love pizza.
